Dakota Zornig joined the Eastern Michigan University football staff as the team's Video Coordinator ahead of the 2025 season. A native of South Bend, Ind., Zornig brings a strong background in football video operations and program support after stops at both Furman University and Indiana University.
Prior to arriving in Ypsilanti, Zornig served as the Football Video Coordinator and Assistant Director of Football Operations at Furman University from 2023-25. During his tenure, the Paladins captured the 2023 Southern Conference championship and advanced to the quarterfinals of the FCS Playoffs.
Zornig began his collegiate athletics career at Indiana University, where he worked as a Football Video Intern from 2019-23 while earning his bachelor’s degree in sports marketing and management. He is a 2019 graduate of South Bend Saint Joseph High School.
