Cade Bianchi joined Eastern Michigan University's sports performance staff as the graduate assistant sports performance coach in the fall of 2024.
In his first season with the Eagles, Bianchi is in charge of the sports performance efforts for the baseball team as well as serving as the second assistant for football strength and conditioning.
Bianchi came to Ypsilanti from Northern Illinois University where he was a paid intern. He assisted with application of sports performance for both football and Olympic sports. Bianchi eventually became promoted to interim strength coach for baseball and wrestling.
Before Northern Illinois, he was the defensive backs coach and assistant strength coach for Sterling High School.
Bianchi is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and is pursuing his Master's degree in Sport Management here at Eastern Michigan. Bianchi also attended St. Ambrose University where he earned his bachelor of science in human performance and fitness.
