EMU: 2024-25: Indoor: Competed in eight meets… Won first place at the Silverston Invitational, Feb. 21, as a part of the 4x400m relay… Also won first place with the 4x400m relay at the Bob Parks Memorial Meet, Jan. 25… Ran a personal-best 600m (1:39.39) at the Wolverine Invitational, Jan.11… Outdoor: Competed in seven meets… Earned All-MAC First Team as part of the winning team in the 4x400m relay at the MAC Outdoor Championships, May 15-17… Secured a top-three finish with the 4x400m relay at the Georgia Tech Invitational, April 18-19… Ran a personal-best 400m (56.82) at the Hillsdale College Last Chance Meet, May 7.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended East Lansing high school where she earned three letters while running on the Trojans’ track & field team…Mainly competed in the 400m and 800m…Trained under coaches Charles Pollard and Octavis Long…Earned MVP, all-conference, all-state, and all-american honors during her high school days…Also earned the academic athlete award, Trojan Award, and was named to the Lansing State Journal Dream Team…A regional champion in the 400m dash while finishing sixth at the state championships as a member of the Trojans’ 4x200m relay team…Recorded season-bests with a 57.57 400m dash and 2:15.5 800m run during her senior year…Also earned all-american status in the 800m as she finished seventh at the Junior Olympics while running for her club team, Trojan Athletics…Also earned letters participating in weight lifting and gymnastics.
