Michael McGee
Michael McGee is entering his first year at Eastern Michigan University as the Offensive Graduate Assistant Coach.     

The 25-year-old McGee comes to Ypsilanti after spending the past two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at Siena Heights University. He had previously worked as the wide receivers coach and video coordinator for the Saints in 2011 before moving to work with the quarterbacks in 2012. McGee worked closely with new EMU offensive coordinator Stan Parrish, who was a volunteer assistant coach with the program.

A four-year starter at quarterback for Adrian College, McGee broke career records for most pass attempts (815), completions (494), passing yards (6,643), touchdowns (49), and highest completion percentage (60.6) in program history. In 2010, he also set single-season records for completions (183), passing yards (2,302), and touchdowns (19).

After earning a bachelor’s of business administration from Adrian College in 2010, McGee continued his education at Siena Heights and is scheduled to earn a master’s degree in organizational leadership in March 2013.

In 2004, McGee quarterbacked Brookhaven High School to the first and only football state championship in the history of Columbus Public Schools.
