Brian Overholt is in his sixth season as the video coordinator at Eastern Michigan University.
Overholt directs all aspects of the football team’s audio-visual productions using different production methods and techniques. Responsible for managing a student video staff, Overholt manages all aspects of football coaches film, including filming of practices, games, recruiting, and workouts. He is also charged with updating, maintaining, and producing content for the team’s social media outlets.
Before becoming video coordinator in March of 2016, Overholt was the video intern for the NFL’s Cleveland Browns for two seasons.
As an undergraduate at EMU, Overholt was as student video assistant for the football team and then worked as the assistant video coordinator from 2013-14.
Overholt graduated from EMU in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in business management before earning his master’s degree in sports management in 2012.
