EMU: 2023: First Team All-MAC for the second straight season…Academic All-MAC selection…Drilled 24 doubles, for the second most in a single-season in EMU baseball history (tied for fifth nationally)…Set a career-high in batting average (.360), OPS (1.138), walks (27), and on base percentage (.459)…Recorded 11 home runs, marking his second straight season with double-digit home runs…Had a career-best two triples throughout the season…Tied a career-high with six stolen bases on the year…Had 22 multi-hit outings to go with 11 multi-RBI performances…Captured an EMU program record by crushing four doubles at Niagara (April 29)…Drove in a career-most six base runners against Toledo (April 23)…Put out a career-high six batters at Akron (April 4)…Notched the first triple of his Division I collegiate baseball career at Towson (March 3)...2022: Mid-American Conference Player of the Year...Only the third Eagle ever to win MAC POTY...All-MAC First Team selection...All-MAC Defensive Team honoree...In his first season in Ypsilanti, Kirk finished the season tied for first in the NCAA Division I ranks in total doubles (25).
