YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - Eastern Michigan University Football returns to The Factory Saturday, Sept. 26, when the Eagles host Lindenwood University at 1 p.m. inside Rynearson Stadium. Saturday's Community & Champions Day will feature a full lineup of activities before and during the game, including the Student Tailgate, Eagle Walk, Hall of Fame Day, Youth Day, State Fair Day, and a special halftime performance.
The day begins at 10 a.m. with the Student Tailgate at Oestrike Stadium.
Students can grab a limited drop of Flight Crew T-shirts, Flight Crew buttons, Flight Crew stickers, and EMU rally towels while supplies last.The Student Tailgate will also feature live music, an ice cream truck, Fan Fest, balloon artists, and more.
At 10:45 a.m., fans are encouraged to head to the front lawn of Rynearson Stadium for Eagle Walk as the Eagles arrive at The Factory.
Gates to Rynearson Stadium will open at 11:30 a.m.
Saturday's theme is Community & Champions Day, with Hall of Fame Day, Youth Day, and State Fair Day all part of the festivities. Special youth pricing will also be available for the game.
Kickoff between Eastern Michigan and Lindenwood is scheduled for 1 p.m. inside Rynearson Stadium. Saturday will mark the first meeting between the Eagles and Lions.
Fans will want to stay in their seats at halftime as the Eastern Michigan Marching Band presents a carnival-inspired performance featuring a human cannonball, with a performer being launched from a cannon as part of the show.
All on-campus EMU Athletics events are free for Eastern Michigan students. New for the 2026-27 season, EMU students have a new way to access home games with the Boarding Pass. The all-in-one pass serves as a student's ticket for every home football game and every men's and women's basketball home game throughout the academic year. Students only need to download the Boarding Pass once and add it to their mobile wallet. The same pass will remain there throughout the year.
To access the Boarding Pass, students should use their EMICH email address to sign in to their ticket account, select "Sign In With Code," and enter the six-digit code sent to their email. Once logged in, students should select "My Account," locate the Boarding Pass, and add it to their mobile wallet.
Students experiencing issues accessing their Boarding Pass should contact the EMU Ticket Office at 734.487.3669 or emu_tix@emich.edu. The Boarding Pass must be accessed from a mobile device.
