CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) –
The Mid-American Conference has announced the game time and television assignment for Eastern Michigan University's home contest against Northern Illinois University on Saturday, Oct. 11, at Rynearson Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. in Ypsilanti, Mich., and the game will air live on ESPN+.

The contest, presented by EMUCU, will also be carried on WEMU (89.1 FM) and The Varsity Network app, with Tom Helmer (play-by-play), Rob Rubick (analyst), Elena Davis (sideline), and Greg Steiner (halftime) on the call.

Saturday's matchup marks the third home game of the season for the Eagles and comes as part of a weekend celebrating Eastern's tradition and excellence. EMU will honor its past with Legends and Classics Day, highlighted by the return of the university's fourth annual Car Show, where fans can view classic cars displayed throughout the stadium terraces. The weekend will also feature the E-Club Athletic Hall of Fame induction, as Eastern formally welcomes its 2025 class of distinguished former athletes.

This year's EMU Hall of Fame class showcases five outstanding contributors: Patrice Beasley, a dominant sprinter who amassed 13 individual Mid-American Conference titles, multiple relay crowns, and still ranks in EMU's top-10 indoor and outdoor record books; John Bowler, a four-year men's basketball letterwinner who scored 1,427 points, grabbed 801 rebounds, and became one of only two MAC players to average a double-double in his final season; Nikki Knapp, a four-year women's basketball starter who totaled 1,511 points, 802 rebounds, and led EMU to four postseason berths; Ben Reese, a six-time NCAA All-American miler and three-time MAC steeplechase champion who ran the second sub-4:00 mile in school history; and Bill Tuscany, EMU's Associate Head Athletic Trainer for 32 years, whose care supported 105 MAC championship teams.
