Volleyball Announces 2024 Spring Schedule

The slate includes four scrimmages, all on the road
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - Kevin Foeman, head coach of the Eastern Michigan University volleyball team, has announced the 2024 spring schedule today, March 1. The slate includes four scrimmage matches, all of which will be on the road for the Eagles.
Kicking off the 2024 spring schedule is a 6 p.m. matchup in East Lansing, Mich., against the Spartans of Michigan State University, March 29, before the Eagles trek down to Dayton, Ohio, to meet with the Wright State University Raiders, April 6. This event is listed as a tournament with opponents, dates, and match times being announced at a later date.
From there, the Green and White are set to travel to MAC foe and in-state rival, Central Michigan University, to face off with the Chippewas, April 13th. The time is to be announced.
Eastern Michigan will wrap up its spring schedule with one more road match, this time right down the street as it prepares to square off with the Wolverines of the University of Michigan, April 17.
The Green and White enter their spring season after a fall campaign that saw the Eagles victorious in five matches, three of which came against Mid-American Conference foes. The highlight of the season included the back-to-back match wins over Kent State University to end the 2023 home schedule inside EMU's George Gervin GameAbove Center. The Eagles bested the Golden Flashes, 3-1, in the first meeting, Nov. 10, before sweeping Kent State in three straight sets in the second, Nov. 11.
