Eagle student-athletes walk at graduation ceremonies Sunday

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - A total of 16 Eastern Michigan University student-athletes graduated today, Dec. 17, at the George Gervin GameAbove Center. They were honored as a part of the University's Winter Commencement Ceremony following the 2023 fall semester.
 
Graduates from the College of Arts & Sciences, Individualized Studies, College of Education, College of Business, GameAbove College of Engineering and Technology, and the College of Health & Human Services all participated in the 9:30 a.m. ceremony.

EMU Athletics continues its high standard of academic excellence, earlier this month the department posted its highest Graduation Success Rate (GSR) in program history. EMU posted an overall GSR of 89 with the mark surpasses the department's previous best set during the 2019-20 and 2021-22 seasons.
