Soccer Drops 3-0 Result to Western Michigan

Przybylo tallies career-high eight saves
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University soccer team dropped a 3-0 result against Western Michigan University Sunday, Oct. 15, at Scicluna Field.
How It Happened
Western Michigan netted the match's opening goal in the 12th minute. The Broncos nearly added a second goal in the 16th minute but senior Rebecca Przybylo (Canton, Mich./Plymouth) made a spectacular leaping save to tip the ball over the bar. WMU doubled its lead in the 27th minute before adding a third goal in the 71st minute.
The Broncos held a 22-5 advantage in shots and an 8-1 mark in corner kicks.

» Eastern moved to 1-9-6 (1-5-2 MAC) on the year while Western Michigan moved to 9-3-3 (5-0-3 MAC).
» Przybylo posted a career-high eight saves.
» Przybylo recorded her third start of the season and first since Sept. 10 against Valparaiso.
» Junior Meagan Lukowski (Bay City, Mich./Bay City) tallied a team-high two shots.
