EMU-WMU to Air Nationally on CBS Sports Network

The game will kick off at noon, Saturday, Oct. 8, in Kalamazoo, Mich.
CLEVELAND, Ohio. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University football team's game at Western Michigan University Saturday, Oct. 8, will kick off at noon and will be aired nationally on CBS Sports Network, the Mid-American Conference office announced today, Sept. 26. WEMU (89.1 FM) and the Varsity Network will also provide audio coverage of the contest from Waldo Stadium in Kalamazoo, Mich.
The Battle for the Michigan MAC Trophy gets underway, as the Eagles travel west on I-94 to play the Broncos. EMU has bested Western in the most recent trio of meetings, including a 22-21 come-from-behind victory last season to earn its seventh win of the year. The Green and White will attempt to make a run at history, as they have never defeated the Broncos in four consecutive seasons.
This will be Eastern's 15th appearance on CBS Sports Network.
