YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) - The Eastern Michigan University football program returned to the turf for its second spring practice today, March 16. The session is part of a string of 15 practice dates during a five-week period that culminates with the team's annual spring game Friday, April 15.
Today's "Opportunity #2" featured a plethora of individual and team-based drills. As is typical for spring football, fundamentals, such as route running, and footwork, were emphasized during today's workout.
Following the practice, EMU's Associate Athletic Director for Media Relations, Greg Steiner, spoke with defensive end Jose Ramirez (Lake Alfred, Fla. With the season fast approaching, the EMU Ticket Office will soon be releasing information on 2022 ticket packages. EMU's schedule features six home games, with the first set to be played on Friday, Sept. 2, against Eastern Kentucky.

Media and guests requesting to attend practice must give 24-hours notice and to verify practice times and availability. During practice, all visitors and media are expected to remain off the playing field at all times and video/photos are only allowed with permission from the football operations or media relations or staff in attendance at the practice.
