"My fondest memory about being an eagle was when I was chosen to race at CAA's in a four," began Schmidt. "I was in a boat with four other girls, and together we worked so hard to be as fast as we could. We seat raced, tested on ergometers, and finally were chosen to go to New Jersey and race! I was thrilled to put our hard work and dedication to the test!"
