Eastern Athletics Shares Football Attendance Policy for 2020 Season

10/29/2020 1:00:00 PM | Football

No general public attendance will be allowed at Rynearson Stadium

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) -- The Eastern Michigan University football team begins its abbreviated 2020 schedule Wednesday, Nov. 4, with a 6 p.m. tilt at Kent State University. Two weeks later, Eastern will open the home portion of its schedule Wednesday, Nov. 18, at 7 p.m. against the University of Toledo.

Due to league-wide policies, no public attendance will be allowed this season.

For games at Rynearson Stadium, only limited guests - families of participating student-athletes and coaching staff for home and visiting teams - will be permitted to attend. Additionally, members of the EMU marching band, cheerleading squad and dance team will be in attendance at the games.

Also, in accordance with the league, tailgating will not be permitted.

While the University will follow all CDC, State of Michigan, Washtenaw County and Eastern Michigan University guidelines at all athletic events, EMU Athletics has numerous ways for fans to follow all of the action in 2020.
