Over the past few months we have all experienced the ups and downs of life as we deal with a global pandemic. To this day there are still countless questions that we cannot answer. It has been this way for our student-athletes, our coaches, and our staff – as it has been for all of you.
I am proud of the work our staff is doing behind the scenes to keep Eastern Athletics moving forward, but we know the only way we can get through this difficult time is with the support and collective commitment from our community. While we work to maintain key aspects of our student-athlete experience, we are asking for any additional support you can provide. Donations to the Eastern Athletic Fund will have a profound impact on our efforts for success in competition and in the classroom.
The academic and athletic achievements of our student-athletes make me proud to wear the Block E and represent Eastern Michigan University. Along with an unprecedented APR and graduation success rate, this past year also saw our student-athletes bring home three MAC Championships. As our coaches and staff work tirelessly to help our student-athletes grow in their success, we know your financial support will also have a tremendous impact.
We will continue working to keep our student-athletes, coaches and fans safe as we begin the process of returning to campus. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available during this ever-evolving time.

**UPDATE NOV. 20 **
The Champions Advisory Board (CAB) wants to challenge you this #GivingTrueDay! CAB members are former student-athletes and alumni who share a common goal of bettering the Eastern student-athlete experience. They were the driving force behind the Student-Athlete Performance Center and several record-breaking fundraising efforts that continue today.
For #GivingTrueDay on December 1, the CAB has pledged over $100,000 to our Eagles Will Fly campaign – and are challenging all of us to join them this season! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, Dec.r 1 and help us match the $100,000 in support of Eastern student-athletes!
