Baseball Announces Walk-On Tryouts

Head Coach Eric Roof encourages full-time students to participate
The Eastern Michigan University baseball team will conduct open tryouts for students wishing to walk-on to the program for the 2020 season.
Students interested in learning more about the tryouts are required to attend an informational meeting, Wednesday, Sept. 11th, from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm in the Eagles Nest, located on the third floor of the Convocation Center. The tryout date is set for Sept. 18th at 5:30 pm at Oestrike Stadium.
Prior to trying out, potential student-athletes must:
- Bring proof of a medical physical by a physician within the last 6 months
- Bring proof of insurance
- Bring proof of sickle cell blood test results
- Be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours at Eastern Michigan University
