EMU Athletics Offers Free Tickets to U.S. Government Employees

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University Department of Athletics is offering support to federal workers impacted by the current government shutdown: two free tickets and an entertaining environment for the entire family.
Beginning with the men's basketball game versus Bowling Green State University at 7 p.m. tonight, Jan. 22, and continuing through the end of the government shutdown, federal employees can receive two free tickets to all home men's and women's basketball games.
So, bring the entire family, show off your dance moves on the dance cam, enjoy our special halftime activities, and challenge a friend to a game of pop-a-shot in the atrium. Eastern Basketball is the perfect way to take your mind off the stress of the government furlough.
The offer may be redeemed on the day of the event at the ticket office located in the atrium of the Convocation Center.
