Eastern Michigan has been partners with SIDEARM Sports since 2005

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – The Eastern Michigan University Department of Athletics has once again teamed up with industry leader SIDEARM Sports to launch a redesign of its official website – EMUEagles.com – Wednesday, Sept. 26.  This is EMU's first website redesign since 2015 and the seventh since 2000.

The website now offers a sleek new design that caters to an enhanced online experience. The fresh look, accessible and clear navigation, and responsive design adapt seamlessly to the user's device (desktop, tablet, or mobile).

"We are so proud to have Eastern Michigan Athletics as one of our longest NCAA Division I partners (at 13 years)," said Jeffrey Rubin, President & CEO of SIDEARM Sports. "Technology continues to evolve at lighting speed, and we are thrilled to embrace these changes as they enable us to continuously develop innovative technology solutions. We hope fans of the Eagles enjoy the new website as much as we enjoyed putting it together."

The revamped website features larger photos and a media wall featuring Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube posts in a larger and easier to view format on both the homepage and sport-specific pages. From the new media wall, fans can instantly follow @EMUAthletics and all of our 17 sport programs across platforms.

Student-athlete bios will also feature an updated look, including links to related articles, action photos of student-athletes, and quick access to season and career statistics.

In addition to the redesign of EMUEagles.com, EMU has launched an updated version of its mobile application with enhanced features to augment fans' gameday experience at home events. Fans are encouraged to download the EMU Athletics app on their iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet and take EMU wherever you go.

EMU was the first Mid-American Conference school to sign with SIDEARM Sports in 2005,  the company now runs 10 of the league's 12 member sites in addition to the MAC's website.
