YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Season tickets for the 2018 Eastern Michigan University football season are now on sale to see the Eagles play on the gray turf inside "The Factory." Under the direction of fifth-year Head Coach Chris Creighton, Eastern has experienced a resurgence in posting it best two-year stretch since 1988-89.
The "fan-friendly" schedule features five Saturday contests and one Friday tilt at Rynearson Stadium. Furthermore, EMU will play at home for three consecutive weekends, Oct. 27-Nov. 10, the longest such streak since the 2012 season. In 2018, the Eagles will host Monmouth, Northern Illinois, Toledo, Army West Point, Central Michigan, and Akron.
An updated football schedule will be released in June with kick times and a television schedule for the first three weeks of the regular season. All other game times and television selections will be announced 12 days prior to the scheduled game.
EMU Athletics remains committed to being one of the best values in the region and has continued to refine the ticket pricing structure to make sure fans do not miss a minute of the 2018 home schedule.
Eastern Michigan continues to offer the Ultimate Fan Season Ticket Plan for just $150 ($25 per game). The premiere plan includes a padded chairback seat midfield in section 105. The Ultimate Fan section has been improved with wider seats and new armrests. For the first time in 2018, additional chairback seats will be available in sections 104-108 for $120 ($20 per game).
Fans can also order reserved non-chairback season tickets for $90 ($15 per game), EMU faculty and staff can secure non-chairback season tickets for $60 ($10 per game), and Young Alumni (35-and-under) can purchase season tickets for only $50 ($8.33 per game).
New for 2018 are two options for a Family 4 Pack season ticket. The reserved package for $198 is located in section 109 and includes four tickets every home contests. A general admission family four pack for sections 110-114 is also available for $156.
Buying a season ticket is your best deal, as you will save 38 percent when compared to the single-game rate at the door. Single-game tickets and pricing will be available at a later date.
EMU students continue to gain free admission with a valid student ID.
For VIP parking, sign up for the Eagles Pride Suite or Eagles Pride Loge level ticket packages, or the Ultimate Fan Plan, which each include free access to a VIP lot. Parking lots open four hours prior to kickoff of each home football game.
Parking for disabled patrons is available at the Convocation Center. A state issued handicapped pass is required. Courtesy shuttles will also be available to and from all designated parking lots with drop off locations at gate 1 or gate 2.
