Football Game Versus Wyoming Moved to Friday Night on CBS Sports Network

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — The Eastern Michigan University football team's 2016 week four football game against the University of Wyoming inside "The Factory" has been moved to an exclusive, primetime window on Friday, Sept. 23. Originally slated for Saturday, Sept. 24, the game now will be played at 7:30 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network.
The announcement was made by the Mid-American Conference as a part of the league's expanded national package.
Since the start of the 2008 campaign, Eastern Michigan has had 87 games either televised or streamed via the Internet. Fourty-three of those small-screen appearances have occurred on the ESPN-family of networks (30 ESPN3, 6 ESPNU, 5 ESPN+, 1 ESPN2, 1 SEC Network and 1 ABC).
Overall, the 2016 campaign will feature six home contests at "Rynearson Stadium for the second consecutive season and just the 14th time since the building opened in 1969. EMU's three midweek contests to close the schedule are a program first since the MAC began playing nationally-televised non-Saturday November games in 1999.
An updated release of the MAC's 2016 football schedule will be released in June with kick times and a television schedule for the first three weeks of the regular season and midweek games during October and November. All other game kick times and television will be announced 12 days prior to the scheduled game.
Season tickets for the 2016 campaign are available now, with reserved non-chairback season tickets available for just $75, or $12.50 per game.
