Jack Laugher is the current British Champion in all age groups and has laid down a marker in his first year on the senior circuit. He competed at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi and also at the World Championships in Shanghai. He finished eighth at the World Championships and competed at the London 2012 Olympics.

The sixth of 10 Eastern Michigan University Football Coaches Luncheons is Wednesday, Oct. 1, at noon. The luncheon will be held at Sidetrack Bar and Grill, located at 56 East Cross Street in Ypsilanti's historic Depot Town. First-year Head Coach Chris Creighton will address the group and participate in a question and answer session during each event. Cost to attend the luncheon is $12 in advance or $15 at the door. Four lucky fans will also be able to upgrade and sit with Coach Creighton for the price of $20 per ticket .
