YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) —
The Eastern Michigan University football team again took to the practice field Friday, Aug. 16, for its 14th practice of the 2013 campaign.

Eagle All-Access was able to catch up with Tyler Benz (Park Ridge, Ill.-Maine Township South), Pudge Cotton (Maywood, Ill.-Walther Lutheran), Bronson Hill (Grand Rapids, Mich.-Catholic Central), Kalonji Kashama (Brampton, Ontario, Canada-Brampton), Cy Maughmer (Glendale, Ariz.-Apache Junction-Glendale C.C.) and Tyreese Russell (Chicago, Ill.-Walther Lutheran) for some interviews that will be run on the web site over the coming days.

The first two installments of "Getting to Know an Eagle" began with junior defensive lineman Cy Maughmer and redshirt junior quarterback Tyler Benz, and today we turn our attention to junior safety Pudge Cotton.

As a reminder, Eagle fans can get a chance to meet the team Sunday, Aug. 18, at Media Day from 12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. inside Rynearson Stadium. Fans will have a chance to get autographs and take photographs, as the squad sits down for its annual team photo shoot.

The Eagles will open their 122nd season on the gridiron with a non-conference home game against Howard Saturday, Aug. 31, in Rynearson Stadium. Football season tickets are on sale for as low as $40, and can be purchased by calling the EMU Ticket Office at 734.487.2282.
