Five Eagles Selected to Ohio vs. Michigan Senior Bowl

Game to to be played Saturday, April 20 at Fawcett Stadium in Canton, Ohio
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Five members of the Eastern Michigan University football team were selected to the Michigan roster for the upcoming 2013 Ohio vs. Michigan College Football Senior Bowl, scheduled for Saturday, April 20 at the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Fawcett Stadium in Canton, Ohio.
Offensive lineman Andrew Sorgatz (Wheaton, Ill.-Wheaton North) will join the Michigan offense, while linebacker Bryan Pali (Kihei, Hawai'i-Kamehameha-Orange Coast Community College) and defensive back Marcell Rose (Orlando, Fla.-Cypress Creek) will aid the defense. Punter Jay Karutz (North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia-Holy Cross College) and long snapper Mike Zupancic (Trabuco Canyon, Calif.-Trabuco Hills) will be on special teams.
The Eagles have the third-most players from a single school with four on the Michigan roster. Northwood University has seven players honored while Adrian College has six. Central Michigan University and Western Michigan University each have four players available to participate in the game.
Team Ohio will be coached by Ohio Dominican University's Bill Conley and Matt Mitchell, of Grand Valley State University, will coach Team Michigan.
The 2013 Ohio vs. Michigan Senior Bowl is the fourth annual Senior Bowl competition and is the first with the Ohio vs. Michigan format. The game will feature the top collegiate football players from Ohio and Michigan from all divisions (NCAA FBS, FCS, DII, DIII and NAIA).
