Volleyball to Host Annual Alumni Weekend

The Eastern Michigan University volleyball squad is hosting its annual alumni weekend Oct. 21-22
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University Head Volleyball Coach Kim Berrington announced Wednesday, Oct. 12, that alumni weekend will take place Oct. 21-22.
The weekend will start with the Eagles taking on the Bulls of Buffalo Friday, Oct. 21, with the first serve at 7 p.m. Saturday is a busy day, starting with the Eastern Michigan football homecoming game against Western Michigan at 1 p.m. The volleyball alumni game will take place at 2:30 p.m. in the Convocation Center, with a dinner to follow in the Eagles Nest. The weekend wraps up with the volleyball squad facing the Akron Zips at 7 p.m. for their annual Dig Pink match.
For alumni who plan to be in attendance, RSVP's are to be sent to Coach Berrington by e-mail, Kim.Berrington@emich.edu or by phone, (734) 487-0291.
The Green and White will be back in action the following weekend with two home Mid-American Conference contests taking on Northern Illinois Friday, Oct. 28, and Western Michigan Saturday, Oct. 29, both with a 7 p.m. start.
