Series Called for Eagles and Flashes

YPSILANTI, Mich.- Weather has forced the cancellation of the home opening series for the Eastern Michigan University baseball team. The Eagles were to host defending Mid-American Conference East DIvision champions in a battle of division champs, but after just an inning and a half of yesterday's game, snow began to fall heavily, continuing to fall through the night, accumulating near eight inches.
