2008-09 MAC Basketball Media Preview To Take Place Oct. 30 in Cleveland

All 12 men’s and women’s head coaches will be in attendance

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The 2008-09 Mid-American Conference Basketball Preview will take place on Thursday, Oct. 30, at Quicken Loans Arena in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. This will mark the second consecutive year that the Mid-American Conference will stage its media preview at the state-of-the-art facility and home of the 2009 FirstEnergy MAC Men’s Basketball Tournament and Women’s Basketball Tournament. All 12 men’s and women’s head coaches will be in attendance, as well as the men’s and women’s preseason All-MAC squads and other select student-athletes.

Once again, the MAC and JumpTV sports will stream the media preview live as part of the conference's All-MACess package on www.mac-sports.com. The schedule of interviews can be found below. The MAC Basketball Media Preview and MAC Basketball Tipoff Luncheon will air live and both events will be available to the public as part of a free preview to the All-MACess package. The events will also be available on-demand following the event.
 
Also, this year will be the first time that fans can have their questions answered by their favorite head coaches and student-athletes – live from the media preview. Questions can be submitted by CLICKING HERE or on the links listed below and will be collected until Tuesday, Oct. 27. Fans that have submitted questions can check back to www.mac-sports.com on Thursday, Oct. 30, to get their answers read live!
