After struggling in singles competition yesterday, the Eagles took on a tough challenge in doubles play today, going 1-3.

"We really had some tough draws again today,” said head coach Ryan Ray. “I did see some bright spots in Stankovic and Bestehorn's play today of which they can hopefully continue to improve upon."

Aleksandra Stankovic and Tina Bestehorn teamed up and took on the fifth seeded Ghazal and Robison of Northwestern and were defeated by a score of 8-4. In the optional consolation round Stankovic and Bestehorn defeated Coulson and Lish of IPFW, 8-1.
