Volleyball Drops Finale of Popcorn Classic to Valpo, 3-2

EMU volleyball team dropped the finale of the Popcorn Classic to Valparaiso, 3-2 (26-30, 28-30, 30-26, 30-25, 12-15), Sept. 10. Senior Bethany Piccolini recorded 26 kills and a .363 attack percentage as the Eagles rallied back from a 2-0 deficit to force the deciding fifth game. Piccolini and sister Lindsay Piccolini were both named the All-Tournament team for their performances over the weekend.
