EMU: Entering her second year in 2026-27 with four seasons of eligibility remaining… 2025-26: Posted 27 combined wins in her first collegiate season to sit second on the team… Tied for third in singles wins with 13… Joined with Parreira to lead the way with 14 doubles victories… Had a hand in scoring clinching wins seven times, including one team win from singles play and six in doubles… Scored the deciding point in a 4-3 win at DePaul (Feb. 13) from the No. 2 position with a 5-7, 6-0, 6-2 win over Clara Nilsson… Posted streaks of three consecutive wins three times during the season, including four consecutive to open MAC play… Joined with Parreira to scoring the clinching win in doubles six times, including the second of two matches at Ferris State from the No. 1 position… Added wins from the No. 2 spot at St. Francis, home to Oakland (Jan. 31), at DePaul (Feb. 13), at Butler, and home to Toledo… Was named the MAC Doubles Team of the Week (with Parreira), Feb. 16, after the wins at DePaul and Butler… Earned ITA Women’s Scholar-Athlete honors following the season.
PRIOR TO EMU: A native of Odesa, Ukraine, Tolstova resided in the Canary Islands and competed at Tennisquick Los Cristianos... Carried a high of 9.23 in the Universal Tennis Rankings and No. 414 in the ITF... Was the No. 1 ranked player in Ukraine in the U14 division and was named the team captain of Ukraine’s Junior National U14 Team... Relocated to the Canary Islands in March 2022... Climbed as high as No. 4 in Spain for U16 players and No. 33 overall for Spain as the highest ranked player from the Canary Islands... Three-time ITF junior tournament singles champion (J30 once and twice at J60) while reaching the semifinals of three ITF junior doubles tournaments... Champion of the Mutua Madrid U16 qualifier and played against professionals in the Mutua Madrid Masters... Tenerife and Canary Islands U16 and U18 champion... Reached the quarterfinals of the Spanish U16 Championship in both singles and doubles...
