Yana Parfenyuk, a former Eastern Michigan tennis player, is entering her first year as the Graduate Assistant coach for the women’s tennis team.

As an athlete at EMU, Parfenyuk was a four year letterwinner for the team, earning Aacdemic All-MAC twice in her career, as well as ITA Scholar Athlete twice. During the 2006-07 campaign, she had her most wins in singles, going 20-9 throughout the season.
