Craig LeVasseur enters his second year as a graduate assistant coach.

Prior to coming to Eastern Michigan, LeVasseur coached seventh grade boys basketball at Saline Middle School in 2005.

LeVasseur’s father, Tim, was an assistant football coach at Bangor John Glenn High School for 28 years. He was elected into the Michigan High School Football Coaches Hall of Fame in 2008 for 35 years total of coaching high school football in the state of Michigan.

The 25-year-old LeVasseur is a 2005 graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sport Management from EMU.

He is single and currently resides in Ypsilanti, Mich.
