Jenelle Dubey
Jenelle Dubey is in her fifth season as the Head Dance Team Coach at Eastern Michigan starting in 2018-19.  She has brought the team to a competitive level for the first time ever, bringing the team to DTU College Classic and the National Dance Alliance Collegiate National Championship as well as regional competitions.  In 2022 the team placed second in Team Performance, fourth in Spirit Showdown and eighth place in Jazz at the DTU College Classic in Orlando, Fla.

Dubey comes to Ypsilanti after serving as a coach and choreographer for Michigan State Elite Competitive Dance, a D1A registered student organization at Michigan State University. In addition to her role there, she was the Head Dance Team Coach at Stevenson High School in Sterling Heights, MI for 10 years. Overall, she has more than 15 years of experience. She has been named the UDA Outstanding Coach Award.

Her duties at EMU include: conducting tryouts, camps and clinics for the EMU Dance Team Program, and work the EMU Cheer Team and Band to provide the best possible game day atmosphere.
