Season Ticket Holder Exchange Policy (New for 2010!)
In an effort to provide better service and more flexibility for our loyal fans, The EMU Ticket Office and Department of Athletics has created a new exchange policy for season ticket holders. This includes all general public season ticket holders as well as season tickets that have been issued to Emeritus faculty and staff for the 2010 football and 2010-2011 men’s and women’s basketball seasons.

Any projected unused season ticket, either reserved or general admission, may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any future game during the current season of that sport. Simply bring your unused ticket to the Convocation Center Ticket Office during our regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) and exchange it. All exchanges must be made in person at the Convocation Center Ticket Office at least 24 hours prior to the event. NO exchanges will be allowed on game day and the original unused ticket must be presented at the time of the exchange. All exchanges are subject to the availability of tickets for the requested event and seating options may be limited due to ticket availability.

This exchange privilege is not available for single game, group, or complimentary tickets. No credit will be given toward future season ticket purchases and the exchange must be within the same season and sport for which the original ticket was purchased.
