Tennis Match with Butler Canceled

Winter weather in the area has forced the cancellation of the competition

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) -- The tennis match scheduled between Eastern Michigan University and Butler University, Sunday, Feb. 16, has been canceled because of inclement weather in the Ypsilanti area. The match will not be rescheduled.

Eastern (3-4), who won, 4-3, at Cleveland State University, Feb. 14, is back in action Saturday, Feb. 22, with a doubleheader inside the Chippewa Club in Ypsilanti. First, the Eagles will take on the University of Findlay at 3:30 p.m. before EMU squares off with Eastern Illinois University at 7:30 p.m. Both matches are free to attend for all fans.
