YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Eastern Michigan University men's basketball has secured its first off-season roster addition as the Eagles have signed Christian Henry from Panola College, Head Coach Stan Heath announced Monday, April 22. Henry has two seasons of eligibility remaining.

"Christian is a tough Chicago guard," said Heath. "He's a winner who led his team to the national tournament at junior college. He's a combo guard who can play with the ball in his hands, he can facilitate, and he can knock down shots. He's definitely one of those players who has proven himself in clutch moments. We're excited to have him and he'll help us with our guard play and he'll bring great leadership qualities to the team, as well."

Henry (Chicago, Ill./The Skill Factory (Atlanta, Ga.)/Panola College) averaged 13.8 points per game and 3.9 assists per game as a sophomore, which included a 20.0 ppg clip in the NJCAA Tournament.
