Men's Basketball Game at Kent State Selected for CBSSN

The game has been selected by CBS Sports Network as its MAC Wildcard selection
CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) -- The Eastern Michigan University men's basketball game at Kent State University, originally scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 18, has been moved ahead to Friday, Feb. 17, and will be aired live to a national television audience on CBS Sports Network, the Mid-American Conference announced today, Jan. 31. The Eagles and Golden Flashes will tip at 6 p.m. inside Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center in Kent, Ohio.
The selection is the fifth this year for the Eagles after being previously picked to appear on ESPNU twice and CBSSN twice. Earlier this season, the Eagles appeared on ESPNU when they faced then-No. 22 University of Michigan, Nov. 11, in Detroit, and have since played twice on CBS Sports Network, including games at the University of Akron, Jan. 13, and at the University of Toledo, Jan. 24. Eastern will appear on CBSSN for a third time later this week when the Eagles venture to play at Ball State University at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3.
The final television selection window for both ESPN and CBS Sports Network is March 3 when the Eagles are slated to travel to Northern Illinois University. ESPN will have one game to select (6 p.m. on ESPNU) while CBSSN will have two selections (6 p.m. and 8 p.m.) All three selections will be announced later in February.
TICKETS
Single-game and promotional tickets are on sale for the 2022-23 men's and women's basketball campaigns with each purchase gaining entrance to both men's and women's games inside the George Gervin GameAbove Center. Reserved seating is limited and fans are encouraged to call the EMU Ticket Office at 734.487.3669 to reserve seats as soon as possible.

Eastern returns to home action Jan. 31, with the Ohio University Bobcats in town for a 7 p.m. tip. The game will be streamed live on ESPN+, WEMU (89.1 FM), and the Varsity Network app.
