BACK TO BACK BRACES: Redshirt senior Sabrina McNeill has recorded two goals in each of her last two outings for Eastern Michigan, at Northern Illinois, March 14, and against Toledo, March 18. The back-to-back two-goal performances mark the first time an Eagle has accomplished that feat since Kristin Nason did so at Illinois State, Sept. 4, and against UIC, Sept. 6, 2015. The performance also marked the fourth two-score performance of her career.
Bringing her goal total to four on the season, McNeill is tied for first in the conference in goals scored.

KICKS FOR CRIPPS: Sophomore Amanda Cripps recorded her first points of the 2021 season against Toeldo, March 18. In the 58th minute, Cripps found the ball at her feet from teammate Lindsey Shira, and proceeded to power a shot past the keeper for the game-winner.

MOVIN' ON UP: With her pair of goals against Toledo, March 18, redshirt senior Sabrina McNeill notched her 60th career point, bringing her in to seventh place on the program's all-time points scored list, surpassing former teammate Kristin Nason, who finished her career with 59 points.
In addition, her 24 goals to date tie for fourth all-time in the program history list.

CREATING CHANCES: Proving that everyone can create scoring chances on the field, Eastern Michigan's four assists so far this season have all been recorded by different players - Haley Tausend (vs. CMU, March 4), Alia Frederick (at NIU, March 14), Marla Cobetto (at NIU, March 14), and Lindsey Shira (vs. Toledo, March 18).

HEY TIFF: EMU sophomore defender Tiffanie Hollingsworth made her first career start for the Green and White against Toledo, March 18. Helping Eastern to its third win of the season. The South Lyon, Mich. native played the full 90 minutes on the pitch, a career-high in minutes.
PUTTING THEM ON FRAME: Through three games in 2021, Eastern Michigan not only leads its opponents in shots (54-50), but also in shots on goal. The Eagles have managed to put 34 of their shots on target, compared to opponents' 19, and leads its opponents in shots on goal percentage (.630 to .380).

FULL 90: After only seeing one player log the full 90 minutes on the field in both of its first two games (Kylie Frantz), Eastern Michigan has seen three players play the full time in its last two matches, at Northern Illinois, March 14, and versus Toledo, March 18. Seniors Lindsey Shira and Tessa Osborne, along with freshman Vittoria Greco, have helped anchor the EMU defense in its last two wins.

THAT'S 200: With Eastern Michigan's 3-0 victory over Northern Illinois, March 14, Head Coach Scott Hall notched his 200th career victory, all as the head man in Ypsilanti.
With the win, Hall became the 23rd active Division I head coach to record at least 200 wins at the same institution.
The "Ironman of the MAC" is the longest tenured soccer coach in the conference, and his three MAC Regular Season titles are tied for the most in conference history.

SERIES HISTORY: Coming in to Sunday, Ball State has the advantage in all-time meetings, 12-8-2. Before Eastern beat BSU in 2019, the Cardinals were on a five-game win streak against the Eagles, dating from the 2015 season to the first meeting in 2019.

LAST MEETING: Claiming its first Mid-American Conference tournament victory since the 2013 season, Eastern Michigan upset second-seeded Ball State, 2-1, Nov. 3, 2019, at Briner Sports Complex.
In the 14th minute, the Eagles jumped to a 1-0 lead after Sabrina McNeill buried a shot off a free kick at the top of the box. Ball State equalized in the 60th minute, but Amanda Cripps converted on her penalty kick in the 89th minute for the game-winner.

LAST TIME IN YPSILANTI: Eastern Michigan dropped a tight Mid-American Conference clash against Ball State Sunday, Oct. 25, 2018, on Senior Day at Scicluna Field. Eastern had a shot to equalize in the final seconds, but it sailed high, sealing the 1-0 defeat.
