Eagles Named CSCAA All-America Team

All Mid-American Conference teams received the award
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (EMUEagles.com) – The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced that the Eastern Michigan University swimming and diving team was named a Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2019 semester Wednesday, Jan. 29.
One of 470 programs over five levels of competition to be recognized, the Eagles posted a combined 3.47 GPA from 34 student-athletes.
Teams recognized by the CSCAA were chosen based on their Fall 2019 grade point averages. To be eligible for the award, teams must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the semester.
The Green and White will celebrate its seniors Saturday, Feb. 1 for a senior day extravaganza at Jones Natatorium. The meet will begin at 1 p.m.
