EMU VS. WMU IN RECENT HISTORY: The Green and White holds the edge over Western Michigan, having a record of 12-4 over the past 10 years. Head Coach Katie Minasola remains undefeated against WMU, holding a 3-0 record against the Broncos.
Eastern has bested Western twice this season, 194.300-192.00 at the NIU Triangular, Jan. 18, then again at the Convocation Center, Feb. 8, 194.850-193.725.

THREE'S COMPANY: Eastern Michigan has not faced the same opponent three times in a season since the 2014 campaign, when they took on Air Force Academy. The Eagles posted a 1-2 record against the Falcons that year, dropping both meets on the road, 193.225-193.675, Feb. 26, and 193.575-193.825, Mar. 1. EMU picked up a victory Mar. 8, 194.900-193.900, inside Bowen Field House.
The last time EMU faced Western Michigan three times in a season was in 2010. The Green and White swept the Broncos, winning 191.250-190.875, at the 18th Annual State of Michigan Classic Feb. 7, 188.200-188.125 on Senior Day Feb. 13 inside Warner Gymnasium, and 192.175-190.700 Mar. 13, at the 2010 Eagle Invitational. Eastern will look to sweep the Broncos again Sunday.

VALUABLE VAULT: The Eagles posted a season-high on vault, 48.900, against Michigan State University, March 1.
Vault has been the most consistent event for EMU this season, with scores between 48.420, and the season-high 48.850. Junior Allie Smith earned the highest score of the season so far on the apparatus, a 9.875. The Eagles are ranked 45th by the NCAA in vault, tying floor for the highest ranking in events.

FRESHMAN FORCE: Two freshman hit career-high scores on balance beam, March 1, against Michigan State. Shannon Gregory earned 9.775, tying for third, while Carly Kosanovich scored 9.750, tying for sixth.

Both Satler and Gregory have been the most consistent freshman in the lineup, with Satler competing in all meets so far this season, and Gregory competing in all but two, missing the meet at University of Illinois-Chicago and Western Michigan at home.

LOOKING AHEAD: Eastern Michigan will close out its season at home for Senior Day, as the Eagles go up against Kent State, March 15, at 6 p.m. The Green and White looks to top the Golden Flashes for the third consecutive season, having not lost to KSU since 2016.
