Paul Jackson Named to All-MAC Tournament Team

The redshirt junior becomes the first Eagle since 2010 to earn an all-tournament nod
CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) -- Eastern Michigan University men's basketball redshirt junior Paul Jackson (Stone Mountain, Ga.-Martin Luther King Jr. (Eastern Kentucky) was named to the Mid-American Conference All-Tournament Team at the conclusion of the event, Saturday, March 10.
The Stone Mountain, Ga. native averaged 20.5 points and 5.0 assists per game during the Eagles' two-game stretch in Cleveland. He becomes the first EMU player since Carlos Medlock in 2010 to be dubbed with the All-Tournament Team honor.
Jackson helped Eastern Michigan to a 21-12 record during the course of the 2017-18 season, averaging 15.2 points, 4.5 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.3 steals per contest.
The other members of the All-Tournament Team were Wes Clark (MVP) - Buffalo, Jeremy Harris - Buffalo, Marreon Jackson - Toledo, and Jaelan Sanford - Toledo.
