Ingram Reels In MAC Runner of the Week

This is the first weekly award garnered by the Eagles this season
CLEVELAND, Ohio (EMUEagles.com) — Eastern Michigan University cross country freshman Joe Ingram (Cincinnati, Ohio-Anderson) was named the Mid-American Conference Runner of the Week, the league office announced, Oct. 23. This is the first weekly award earned by Ingram in his young career.
Ingram paced the Eagles with a 27th-place finish (16:11.4) at the EMU Fall Classic in Dexter, Mich., Oct. 19. The race was Ingram's first collegiate 5k, while also serving as the first time he posted a team-best finish while donning the Green and White.
The Eagles have the chance to bring home their ninth consecutive MAC Championship at the title race Saturday, Oct. 27 in Toledo, Ohio.
