YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — Eastern Michigan University head tennis coach Jayson Wiseman has announced the signing of Giuliana Ansaloni of Bergamo, Italy for the 2018 spring semester.
Ansaloni has had great success in both the Italian junior and adult circuits, and is expected to make an immediate contribution to both the singles and doubles line-ups for the Green and White.
"We are very excited to add Giuliana to our Spring 2018 freshman class," said Coach Wiseman. "She brings exceptional speed and power to the court and we are looking forward to getting her on the court for the Eagles starting in January."
EMU begins the season at the end of January, 2018, when they play Youngstown State to kick off the season.
