EMU Athletics Goes "All In" For Third Consecutive Year Giving Back

YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) — For the third consecutive year, Eastern Michigan University Athletics is "All In" after an internal staff campaign to reach 100 percent giving participation to EMU.
More than 85 full-time coaches, staff, and administrators participated in the effort that kicked off in September and concluded in December, totaling over $17,000 in funds donated to Eastern Michigan.
"Our coaches and staff continue to step up to the plate when asked to participate in our "All In" giving effort," added EMU Vice President and Director of Athletics Heather Lyke. "Our people work hard every day to improve the experience for our student-athletes, so it is extra special when they go above and beyond, giving back personally to areas meaningful to them at EMU."
"I'd like to thank our coaches, staff, and administrators for allowing us to three-peat in the "All In" giving initiative for EMU Athletics," remarked Associate Athletic Director for Development Dan McLean. "Giving is a great reflection of priorities, so to see so many people give to multiple areas is evidence of the supportive culture around our Department."
