Eagles and Wildcats Move Sunday Contest to Saturday, March 1

EMU baseball will play Kentucky in a doubleheader, March 1, beginning at noon
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) -- The Eastern Michigan University baseball team and the No. 30-ranked University of Kentucky have announced a change in the series schedule Friday, Feb. 28. Due to inclement weather in the Sunday forecast, the March 2 series finale will be moved to Saturday, March 1 as part of a doubleheader between the Eagles and Wildcats.
The Saturday doubleheader will begin at noon with the final game of the series following immediately after the conclusion of the first game.
EMU and UK begin the three-game series today, Feb. 28, at 4 p.m. from Cliff Hagan Stadium.
