Grateful Giving Week continues with a thanks from our student-athletes
YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEaglesPride.com) — Grateful Giving Week continues for the Eastern Michigan University Department of Athletics, as today our student-athletes show their appreciation to you. As you admire the dedication and achievements of over 500 student-athletes at EMU, the athletes would in turn like to give a message of thanks to our donors for all their support in helping them succeed in their respective sports and beyond.
The Thanksgiving video on behalf of Eastern's student-athlete community features: Campbell Allison (football), Monica Dorszewski (women's swimming and diving), Willy Fink (men's cross country), Natalie Folk (volleyball), Janay Morton (women's basketball), Megan Trapp (soccer), Victoria Voronko (women's cross country), Karrington Ward (men's basketball) and Brandon Zeerip (wrestling).
Grateful Giving Week is Nov. 24-28 and is intended to give thanks to "the team behind our teams." Each day of the week, there will be a new story and an opportunity for us to say thank you. The week will culminate with a gathering before the football game versus the University of Toledo to show our gratitude.
