YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) – Building off the success of Eagle All-Access through winter 2012, the Eastern Michigan University Department of Athletics has continued the growth of the broadband channel with the announcement of the school's spring broadcast schedule Monday, March 26. The productions are a combined effort between the EMU Athletic Media Relations Office and SIDEARM Sports.
The baseball team will have a minimum of 14 games streamed via Eagle All-Access, beginning with the team's Tuesday, March 27, game in Columbus, Ohio, versus Ohio State University. The softball team will grace the airwaves at least five times, beginning with the Friday, April 6, doubleheader versus Northern Illinois University. Additionally, Eagle All-Access will stream the football team's annual spring game, April 15, from Rynearson Stadium.
Chad Bush and Greg Steiner return as the primary voices of the Eagles on the audio-only broadcasts. Meanwhile, Sean Hostetter, Chris Puzzuoli and Ashley Strauss will provide color commentary for select games.
The baseball and softball schedule will for the first-time be available free-of-charge thanks to sponsorship by Ann Arbor Regent Hotel & Suites, Peninsular Place Apartments, Cueter Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Meijer, Community Driven Credit Union, Delux Tents and Events and Pakmode Media + Marketing.
Meanwhile, subscription packages for the spring football game broadcast begin at $5.95 for a 24-hour pass. Fans can also purchase an entire month for $9.95 or a full calendar year for $79.95. Archived broadcasts of baseball, softball, football, volleyball, and basketball will still be available only to subscribers.
