YPSILANTI, Mich. (EMUEagles.com) -- Eastern Michigan University Department of Athletics released ticket information for the 2011 FirstEnergy Mid American Conference Basketball Tournament Friday, Feb. 25. Similar to last year's tournament, the 5-12 seeds will play First Round games on campus sites, with the winners advancing to take on the 1-4 seeds in Quarterfinal games at Quicken Loans Arena in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
Following the women's semifinal victory on Friday, they will now advance to the MAC Tournament Finals to take on Bowling Green on Saturday afternoon.
Saturday, March 12
Women's MAC Tournament Final*
#5 EMU vs. #2 Bowling Green
1 p.m. – Quicken Loans Arena
* The winner will advance to the Women's NCAA Tournament
2011 FirstEnergy MAC Tournament Finals Ticket Pricing
Tickets are available for just $10 through the EMU Athletic Ticket Office for all tournament games held at Quicken Loans Arena.
Ticket order reservations may be placed online at emutix.com or purchased at the EMU table inside the main ticket area inside the northeast entrance at Quicken Loans Arena on Saturday. Pre-ordered tickets will require a valid photo ID for pick-up.
Car Pools to Cleveland
Fans interested in car pooling with other EMU fans down to Cleveland encouraged to meet at the Convocation Center no later than 9:00 a.m. Individual arrangements are encouraged to be made amongst interested parties upon arrival at the Convocation Center, or in advance utilizing the EMU Athletics Facebook page.
Other Important Information
Join the EMU Cheer team, Dance team and Pep Band tomorrow at Fan Fest at Tower City in downtown Cleveland tomorrow at 11:30 a.m.
