Akron-WMU, Buffalo-EMU matches will move to PTC due to high winds

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Due to high winds, the Friday afternoon matches at the Mid-American Conference Women's Tennis Championships will be moved indoors. The Akron-Western Michigan and Buffalo-Eastern Michigan matches will be held at the Perrysburg Tennis Center in Perrysburg, Ohio, approximately 10 minutes north of Bowling Green.

The matches are scheduled to begin at 2 p.m., with doubles play. The PTC has eight indoor courts, so singles matches will begin as the doubles matches are completed and as courts are available.

The morning matches, featuring Miami vs. Northern Illinois and Bowling Green vs. Toledo, will be completed outdoors at Keefe Courts and Keefe Auxiliary Courts, respectively.
