Eastern Michigan came up short as Miami netted a 30th minute goal which proved to be the difference.
Both squads played as even as any two teams could play, except for

The Eagles' record drops to 6-3-4 overall, 2-1-2 in the MAC while Miami, with its third straight win, pushes its record to 7-4-1, 3-1-1 in league play. Eastern Michigan will host
